Writing, reading and arithmetic
By the end of their time at Misty Mountain, children have mastered fundamental academic skills and developed a deep understanding of core subjects. They graduate well-prepared for the challenges of further education, equipped with the skills and confidence for lifelong learning.
Developed Academic Skills
We have two special times each day for children to dive into their favorite activities: a 3-hour morning session and a 2-hour afternoon session. During these times, children roam freely, selecting "works" from our shelves and finding cozy spots to work. Whether on a low table or a comfy mat, they engage with materials at their own pace, sometimes with friends and sometimes on their own. After finishing, they proudly put their work away and choose their next adventure. Our structured yet flexible approach encourages independence and empowers children to make their own choices.

At Misty Mountain Montessori, learning is a hands-on adventure! Our teachers guide students individually or in small groups, introducing activities that match each child's skills and interests. Sitting together, the teacher demonstrates the activity with slow, careful movements, inviting the child to watch closely. Through practice and exploration, children gain mastery of both physical skills and abstract concepts, all while having fun!
